#4 Blonde Ponytail Head - Needs TLC!

This #4 head is not anywhere near Mint.  I have no idea of history but obviously was played with hard/stored in less than optimal conditions.  In my opinion, with some pro help she has great potential & will make a beautiful display Barbie.  Please enlarge & review all photos.
Hair is dirty and matted, broken hairs here and there.  Topknot is original, old bits of band underneath, new band added at bottom to hold together.  Flocking is missing from top of head, was falling out in chunks when I got her and removed largest with tweezers, some loose bits still remain.  Plugs at center top appear may be thinner, probably some hairs broken off in matting, but I don't see any totally missing/bald.  I think with some flocking restored underneath, ponytail will be very presentable as great hair otherwise.
No green ears, no neck splits.  Pretty finish on face.
Again, not for Mint collectors, played with hard and many flaws, but fun Barbie to restore for someone who enjoys restoring & sees potential.
