Got these from my mom recently :) she had these when she was a kid in the 1960’s. I have no idea about any of this other than they are for 60’s Barbie Mattel dolls (Francie as well). Please see the pics, some show wear and tear. (Hair, head can pop off the boy, paint on the legs, etc)
