Not as simple to use.

Meat has to have a stiff consistensy or it breaks off from the skewer when it leaves the nozzel even with your hand catching it.The elbow part has left over meat that is enough for one more skewer. This is not as easy as the commercial to use.

I use this for many different foods. Fish balls on a stick are easy to make with this tool. I’m really satisfied and highly recommend it

I got this and was a bit afraid it was just a gimmick. Let me tell you, it’s an awesome little tool. We made Greek kabobs from a beef and pork ground meat combo and cooked them over charcoal on my Big Green Egg. The maker works WAY better than I’d even hoped for. We even had a lot of fun making the kabobs themselves.

The box was a little beat up but the items inside are all there. I didn't see any referance to the red disk with the hole in the middle and what it is for

It is difficult to push the product out of the bottom , I had to take it apart and use my fingers, other than that it does what it is supposed to do, and there is a big round, flat part with a small holt in the middle that came with it and has no instructions on how to use it.
