Installation and removal:
1. Put the collet into the clamping nut at an angle, and turn the nut slightly to engage the extractor screw in the collet slot. Then push the collet evenly into the nut in the direction of the arrow.
2. The cutter/mill bit can now be installed and the assembly firmly tightened into the chuck body using a collet wrench.
3. To remove the router/cutter, unscrew and loosen the nut until resistance is felt. Then, use a collet wrench to loosen the nut further until the collet is free from the chuck body. The process of removing the collet from the nut is the reverse of the installation process.
caution:
1. Please do not tighten the nut before inserting the milling cutter/milling cutter. Otherwise the chuck will be damaged.
2. The nut needs to be tightened down, but not too tight. Otherwise the chuck will be damaged.
