You are bidding on a vintage European Barbie with titian bubble cut hair styled in a thatched side part. She comes with safe “pearl” earrings, red Helenca OSS, unsplit red Japan OTs, gold stand, booklet and box. Each of Barbie’s ears has several piercings. On the left side there is discoloration (more brown than green) that is hidden by the earring; the right ear has no discoloration. She has a couple of tiny impressions on her forehead that look far worse in the picture than in person. All nail polish is excellent. Her shoulders and hips are tight. Her tush is stamped “patented”, so she was made in 1964 or later. This doll would be a great addition to any collection.
Please zoom in and closely examine the pictures as they serve as the main part of the description and ask questions before you buy. Note one picture shows a tear on the long side of the box. The other long side has a similar tear. The doll has been stored recently in a smoke and pet free home and I don’t notice unpleasant odors. Thank you for looking.
