.  The operetta opened in NYC on 05
/19/54 and ran for only 15 performances.  The front features  artwork; composer and some production credits; some cast credits; performance dates; ticket schedule and theatre credit.  The back contains cast photos.  The cast includes Irra Petina, Michael Bartlett, Adelaide Bishop and Lloyd Thomas Leech.  Composed by Johann Strauss.  Presented by S. Hurok and National Concert and Artists Corp.  Produced by Michael Kuttner and Thomas Martin who also served as musical directors.  Directed by James Westerfield and choreographed by Harding Dorn.

Heralds
are advertising flyers that are placed at theatres and sometimes included in Playbills and programs.  Sizes vary but most of the older ones are 6 x 9 1/2 inches.  Brochure style heralds can be one sheet or multi folds and measure about 3 3/4 x 8 1/2 inches.
Condition is near excellent with minor wear.

CONDITION:
I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality:  Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.  Good means just that:  desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade.  Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders.  Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear.  All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition.
