Hard to find Pistachio wood for sale. This particular nut wood has a mild smoke flavor ideal for smoking for long periods of time. Unlike other woods this nut wood will not over power your meat, fish and cheeses. If you love to barbecue and have not tried this then your missing out. I don't know how long this batch will last or when I will get more so don't wait!. All boxes will be 6lbs plus, it usually come out to just under 7lbs. The wood is weighed on a certified scale I use for bass tournaments. Most listing for BBQ smoking wood will not give you a weight. My wood comes out to about .50 per pound, so if you do your homework you will find that is pretty reasonable.
