Authentic Pick Salami imported from Hungary. This company has been around since 1869. This product does keep ageing, and when cut into, you will see a ageing ring that is a darker color. The pick will sometimes have a greenish color on the outside skin that is normal from the refrigeration humidity.
Do not buy this salami if you are not familiar with a real old world salami.
