.  The musical opened in NYC on 04/28/97 and ran for 1543 performances.  The show was filmed before the end of the run on Broadway at the Plymouth Theatre.  The front features production photos of David Hasselhoff and Coleen Sexton; title; performance date; and Broadway Television Network credit.  The back contains background on the musical; instructions on how to obtain the Pay-Per-View performance at home for .95 through AT&T Broadband and Cox Digital.  The cast (not listed) includes David Hasselhoff, Coleen Sexton, Andrea Rivette, George Merritt, Barry Ingham and Martin Van Treuren.  Music by Frank Wildhorn, lyrics and book by Leslie Bricusse (based on the novella, The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde by Robert Louis Stevenson).  Conceived for the stage by Steve Cuden and Frank Wildhorn.  Directed by Robin Phillips and choreographed by Joey Pizzi.  Film directed by Don Roy King.
Condition is near excellent with minor wear.
Heralds
are advertising flyers that are placed at theatres and sometimes included in Playbills and programs.  Sizes vary but most of the older ones are 6 x 9 1/2 inches.

CONDITION:
I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality:  Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.  Good means just that:  desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade.  Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders.  Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear.  All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition.
