This auction is for a New Jersey Deborah Heart And Lung Center Sample License Plate. This hospital is located in Browns Mills NJ. New Jersey no longer makes sample plates.
See the picture and click on it to enlarge to see the plate clearer and judge the condition for yourself before you bid as everyone's opinion varies! In my opinion it is in mint condition. It is over three years old and does not violate ebay's rules. It is a sample plate.
Shipping will be .75 First Class Mail Parcel shipping with the plate wrapped in a liner and then shipped in cardboard, or .25 Priority Mail Legal Flat Rate Envelope shipping.
The plate will again be wrapped in a liner and shipped with protective cardboard. Priority Mail shipping will include insurance. I always combine shipping whenever possible.
