NEW JERSEY LICENSE PLATE HEALING HEARTS

This is a beautiful example of a regular issue passenger plate of this type. It benefits the Deborah Heart and Lung Center. This is an unstickered and apparently never mounted example of this scarce plate type. Please check photo carefully for condition as it may have defects from manufacture or storage. It has been expired for greater than three years as required by Ebay and is intended for collection or display only and not for use on any vehicle.
