Please refer to photos, there were 4 available in similar condition at the start of this listing, items are in very good condition. These are NOT reprints. They appear to have been printed using a basic 2 color lithograph (base on a close up look at the print, the uniform dots indicate as such).
These were copies issued to Phyllis Diller around the time of her performance there. She played a few times there, including the last public use of the room (its not private use only). Appears others on the flyer played there multiple times as well, based on the photos use and info, I believe this is from the mid 1960s, 1963 or 1964.
Very rare item, especially to be in the condition its in, Diller and Palmer House fans should find this item very desirable and in a condition to their liking. The fading of color, mild tanning, are normal the age, the item is now protected in an acid-free rigid sleeve (clear).
