    The Pitco Frialator 45C is a gas fryer with 42 to 50 lb. capacity. The cabinet has stainless steel front and door, as well as galvanized sides and back. Available in LP or Natural gas, does not require electricity. A gas control valve prevents gas flow to the burner until the pilot is established for safety. Two baskets are included, as well as a removable basket hanger. This stainless steel Pitco Frialator 45C features a 14"Wx14"D welded tank that is easy to clean. The fryer has a tube design heating element that allows for maxiumum heating and efficiency. The Pitco Frialator 45C has 6" adjustable legs. This piece of cooking equipment comes with a 11/4" drain.
