This is a very nice Pitco deep fat fryer In excellent cosmetic and power tested working condition. It comes from a working Hospital cafeteria that recently closed down Very clean inside and out with no dents or dings in the stainless steel, just minor scuffs on exterior. 14" x 14" fry area, and holds up to 50lbs of oil. Includes 2 NEW Baskets and stainless side shields. On rolling castor wheels for easy cleaning. Full port drain valve in the front for fast and easy draining and also comes with flexible gas line. Description
This is a very nice Pitco Solstice Deep Fryer. Recently removed from a closed Hospital cafeteria where it was in use at the time of closure. In excellent cosmetic and power tested condition. Very clean inside and out, on rolling castor wheels. Digital temperature control, program features, 14" x 14" cooking vat and removable basket rack holder. Two NEW baskets included. Full port drain valve for fast and easy draining and comes with an attached flexible gas line. 4 tube, 4 burners. We have not actually tested the burners because we don't have natural gas in our shop but we do guarantee it will work.

Condition & Testing
This Pitco Commercial Fryer is in excellent cosmetic condition. Very Clean inside and out and well taken care of. It is ready to hook up and use as soon as you recieve it. No dents in the stainless steel, Side shields are good. All wheels are working. The drain valve and hoses are good. T Purchased 2 NEW baskets, included. We are unable to test the burners because we do not have natural gas available at our facility but we did plug the unit in and the electronic controls are working properly. The glow igniter is working. Since it just came out of a working hospital I am guaranteeing it works. A very nice, clean unit! The gas line looks good. The manual we are including is not for this exact model but will be useful to explain the digital controls and programming.
