The Powerbuilt Cooling System Pressure Test Pump is a heavy-duty 3 stage pump ideal for pressure-testing radiators, reservoirs, hoses, fittings and other related cooling system components for leaks or other possible system failures. The pump gauge displays pressure ranges of 17-19 lbs., 20 lbs., and 28-30 lbs., with a color-coded dial that makes it simple to accurately test higher pressure caps and systems. Simply attach the appropriate Powerbuilt adapter to the pump and cooling system component, pressurize and check for leaks. The pump features an easy-to-read face with 3 different pressure level readouts, a pressure release valve and a drain-off hose. Strong and dependable enough to last a lifetime. Use with Powerbuilt Adapter Kits 647643 and 647644.

Standard Shipping
Small items are shipped through FedEx, UPS or USPS ground service. Currently, we ship only to the 48 US continental states. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands. All items require a physical address for delivery. No PO boxes. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
Freight
Large and bulky items may ship via truck freight. Shipments via truck freight require a delivery appointment. The truck line will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. Delivery includes liftgate service, which means the truck driver will remove your shipment from the truck and place it on the ground (such as on your driveway or sidewalk). Truck delivery does not include unpacking or setup service.

Return and Exchange Process
To process a return, please send us a message so we can provide you with a RMA number. The RMA number will only be issued during the 30-day return period which begins on the date of shipment by ToolSmithDirect. Please provide the following information when requesting a RMA:

- Date of Purchase
- Return Item(s)
- Reason for Returns
- Order Number
- Mailing Address
- Refund or Replacement
For returns due to defect or ToolSmithDirect error we will provide you with an RMA number along with a shipping label and tracking number. Once you have been given a RMA number, you have 3 business days to ship out the item(s) you wish to return. For returns due to any other reason besides defect or ToolSmithDirect error we will provide a RMA number but you will be responsible for returning items at their own expense.
Refunds will only be issued once the item(s) has been received at our location, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Once ToolSmithDirect receives the returned item(s) a refund or replacement order will be issued within 5 business days. If any issues come up with processing the refund or replacement we will contact you immediately.
Unauthorized Returns
Any items returned to ToolSmithDirect without a RA number will incur a non-negotiable 15% restocking fee based on the order amount excluding tax and shipping.
Refunds vs. Replacements
Once returned items are received we will issue a refund within 4 business days. We will accommodate replacement orders if inventory is available and only upon request.

ToolSmithDirect is not liable for product that is damaged, lost or stolen during the shipping process for returned items. If an item is damaged, lost or stolen during a return shipment ToolSmithDirect will work with you to ensure the shipping carrier claim is properly opened but all liability falls upon the carrier.
