Prototype Chatty Cathy Doll In Nice Condition

For your consideration is what I believe to be an early Chatty Cathy prototype doll. She is 20" tall. Cloth covered voice box. Pull string works well with good tension, the words are understandable but a little garbled. She is wearing underwear, a lacy slip, blue dress, and a blouse. No shoes or socks. All eyelashes present, sleep eyes work. Hard body and soft face. No marks on lower back. Very clean and in overall excellent condition.
