The
Sony HKSR-5001
is a conversion board for the SRW line of VTRs. The board grants the deck ability to convert HDCAM and HDCAM SR, to a wide variety of frame rates, resolutions, and color bit rates. Features include changing HDCAM SR full color sources to 4:2:2 compressed HDCAM as well as converting 1080i to 720p. This board adds a tremendous amount of versatility to these high-end decks, while being far more cost effective than purchasing an entire new unit.

Sony HKSR-5002
Digital Betacam Processor Board is an optional accessory decoding board for SRW-5000 and SRW-5500 VTRs. When installed, it offers the ability to play back Digital Betacam tapes, while enabling the deck to output this standard definition signal in composite analog, SD, and 1080i HD.
The
Sony HKSR-5003
4:4:4 RGB Processor Board is an optional accessory interface board for SRW-5000 and SRW-5500 VTRs. When installed, it offers the ability to record and play back uncompressed 4:4:4 full bandwidth signals via the dual link SDI connections on the HDCAM SR deck. This board intrinsically meets the high demands of high-profile video operations often required by HDCAM/HDCAM SR studios, compositing suites, and digital mobile units.
