VINTAGE 1950s Baby Toodles American Character Doll 24"- Pat.Pending stamped around cryer.-  TLC
I believe this is a Toodles doll. I checked the doll reference and it says not all of them were marked.  This doll needs some work. She has some sort of discoloration on her face and hands.  Her coloring is nice and her eyes are big and blue with long lashes.  I've cleaned some of the dirt off but haven't gotten it all off. Her hair is a very pretty red color and seems to be in good condition.  Her scalp has some dirt on it as well.  I will leave the rest of the cleaning to the new owner.
She's wearing a vintage child's dress that's a little bit but I've pinned it in the back.
The dress shows its age with some discoloration but looks cute to display her in. I had her long pieces of hair in a up in a rubber band and a bow.
Her body is in good condition. She doesn't cry.
