VINTAGE 1963 MATTEL CHARMING CHATTY CATHY 24" DOLL Not Working!

Description

This is a nice 24" Charming Chatty Cathy doll that does not work,  far as I can tell. Her string pulls but  does not say anything it just pulls out. She has good hair and eyes. I don't know if the dress is original but it fits perfect. I think her shoes and socks are original and good. She sat on a shelf for years and the house was closed up for the last 7 years. I gave a bath and washed her nice blond hair. She does not have any records and is sold as-is.
