Vintage Barbie Clone Plaid Blouse & Skirt Set

This set looks so adorable on Barbie!  Unsure if it's homemade or factory made.  The top's buttons could be a little tighter but they work.  Is looks to have had a repair to the top of one shoulder.  The skirt has a glue mark on the back of it and a stain on the other side of the back of it.  The skirt reminds me of a Barbie Pak pert skirt it's just a little shorter.  The set could use a wash but I will leave this to the new owner to do.  Red hanger is included.
Doll and plastic dress form are not included.
