Vintage Wisconsin Collector License Plate Red on Blue #81254

Description

For your consideration is one Blue Wisconsin Collector License Plate # 81254.
This plate is in very good used condition, the red paint has minor fading. By looking at the mounting holes, I would say that this was hung on a wall, not a vehicle.
